Cancellation Policies:

1. Taxi transfers & airport transfers:

All cancellations made at least 12 hours in advance will not incur any penalty charge. We will refund you the full amount* if you paid in advance via our website or app. We will not charge you anything additional if your flight is canceled, delayed or rescheduled for another day. Kindly shoot us an email on [email protected]om at least 12 hours in advance if there are any changes in the timings if possible. Refunds are processed within 48 hours.

2. Activities & Tours BOOKING

All cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the booking date will not incur any penalty charge. A 100% cancellation fee may be implemented if the booking is canceled later than 24 hours before the activity.

*Paypal charges may apply during refunds. Refunds wherever applicable will be processed within 48 hours after cancellation.
